Today’s post will be a rant in three parts.

part 1. miley cyrus and the jonas brothers. UGH
part 2. never wear nude colored shirts on tv
part 3. dropping ipods may cause them not to work…

part 1

I will now give you reasons of why i hate the jonas brothers:  they are so big! for me, it may just be like it was for high school musical. they’re just so huge! also, they’re lyrics are so generic. burnin’ up and sos? how many times have you heard that concept before? and miley cyrus, she doesnt need three careers! actor, hannah, and miley. its to much! and the whole “be yourself” thing, ugh. who writes her music? another adult that wants to shove it down our throats? im so sick of it.

part 2

never wear shirts the same color as your skin tone. EVER. last night i was watching house hunters with my mom and the guy on there was wearing a shirt that made him look naked! uh…. no. shirts the same color as your skin tone should NEVER. EVER. be worn. EVER. especially on tv. embarrasing….

part 3

last night when i couldn’t sleep i was playing the music quiz on my ipod. and i kept losing. for one reason only: it wouldnt play the stupid song! if the song doenst play i dont know the answer. its that simple! so me losing was so wrong! but it may just be that i drop my ipod alot. but whatever. that concludes todays rant.

i beat the big brown beetles.

there were TWO big brown beetles in my room last night! that makes three in two days! grawr. and i totally gnawed my fingernail off. *slaps forehead* ugh.

Switchfoot Podcast #6. The unforgettable podcast where Drew Shirley hit the big time in podcast jokes. If you are a Switchfoot fam or fan, you know of this highly acclaimed noted moment in time. Yes, I am talking about when Drew said he was sorry that he was so awesome. Now that same quote is my ringtone. Just imagine it, “Sorry I’m awesome, sorry I’m awesome…” over and over! hehe

In other news, today me and my family drove all the way down to Hollywood to see Wall-E at the El Capitan Theatre. But we got their to late and didn’t actually see the movie. So then we had to drive all the way back to PV. Then when we got back I went to see Meet Dave with Kelli and Delaney. My family went to see Wall-E while we were watching Meet Dave. And another thing, never scorn people for wearing huge jackets, it may just happen to be very windy later. ;]

This is a much longer post then normal…. hmmm…..

Love Revolution

Hey!

So, earlier today I returned from Forest Home Ojai! It was so awesomely awesome! I am so going back. heheh!

So, while I was there I learned a lot about God and it kind of opened up my eyes. I don’t know really. Mostly I learned to love with my actions, not my words. Now to just keep my relationship with him as good as it was when I was at camp.
One thing I don’t understand quite yet is how God talks to people. Does he talk directly or through people and things? I realized that He may be talking to me through music. Through Switchfoot. I just haven’t bothered to realize it’s him. Jon Foreman once said he writes songs for thinking people, and Switchfoot and Jon Foreman songs make me think a lot about my own life and the way I live. God is asking me questions, now I just have to listen.

Hahhy news! I got my FOTF package today! It included my FOTF t-shirt, tour laminate, and Best of the Bootlegs CD. Also, I got a brand-new Switchfoot sweatshirt! Yay! (Although it is a little big. )
